One&Only Gorilla'S Nest Hotel - Kinigi

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing environment with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. the massage and facial were top-notch and left me feeling rejuvenated. the poolside snack bar offered tasty options and the entertainment was enjoyable.

The only minor issue I had was the limited restaurant options. Although the meal I had was delicious, the menu was small and lacked variety.

Great experience! The hotel had incredible amenities like a spa and a fitness center. The location was perfect because it was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Another great benefit was the free breakfast that we enjoyed every morning.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but still comfortable. We also found the noise level to be a bit high at times.

Upon arrival, I was personally escorted to my room by a friendly staff member. the room was spacious, well-lit, and charming, with a stunning view of the surrounding nature. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the exclusive amenities included a marble bathroom and a private balcony. Pros: the service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff, always willing to help or provide recommendations. the restaurant buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, with a focus on local cuisine.

the hotel offers complimentary transportation to nearby attractions and activities, making it easy to explore the area.

Also, the location advantage of being close to the national park made for an incredible gorilla trekking experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of entertainment options in the evenings. While the bar and lounge area offered delicious drinks and snacks, we would have enjoyed some live music or other forms of entertainment to fully complete our stay.
